In a secret compound deep underground, the brilliant researcher and scientist Amanda conducts a study on 2 enormous anacondas in a series of experiments funded by wealthy Peter Murdoch of Wexel Hall Pharmaceuticals. The lab has developed a blood orchid extract cure, but so they can find out why it works best in snakes, they also bread the 2 giant snakes.
Then disaster strikes and the giant snakes quickly find their way to the surface. They are angry and hungry, and with nothing to stop them from consuming everything and everyone who is unfortunate to cross their paths, the snakes terrorize the locals until ruthless mercenary Hammett appears determined to put them on the endangered species list. Amanda and Hammett will team up on a mission to stop the slaughter before the snakes can reach the city. To make matters worse the female snake is pregnant with an entire litter of slithering giant snakes, a fact that spells tragedy to mankind should the baby snakes manage to escape and reproduce. With time running out Hammett and Amanda will attempt to put their differences aside so they can dispose of these colossal snakes once and for all. The snake horror continues in this made-for-cable third installment of the slithering Anaconda series, which features also Anaconda, Anacondas: The Hunt for the Blood Orchid and Anaconda 4: Trail of Blood.
